This place location is the best view to the lake, especially in autum. Menu was well explained by the staff who is warm welcome and friendly. I love the ideal of decorate inside, the food is nice and well presented. Really recommended to visit.

Really nice restaurant. Cosy setting, with nice staff. The location and view are very good. We tried different dishes, the highlights was the lamb skewers (you can choose the number of skewers you want), and the pasta with clam. Both was amazing!

I purposely traveled to Bracciano from Rome to see the castle and it's artwork. It was closed. I was disappointed but found another treasure in Salotto Belvedere. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and attentive and solicitous. The food was beyond outstanding in presentation and amazing experiences of flavor. The location and ambience also contributed to my time there. Even the music was great! My words here don't do the experience justice. I am from the NYC area and have lived in Rome for three months. Salotto Belvedere rates #1 in my experience of restaurants. I found the prices reasonable as well. Grazie mille to Gioia and Domenico and Antonio on their staff!

Stunningly lovely and incredibly personal restaurant nested at the edge of Bracciano's old town. The staff are incredibly friendly and patiently and passionately explained the entire menu to me. The menu is a careful and lovingly crafted combination of traditional dishes, high-quality and local ingredients and creative twists and fusions. It was such a delicious experience I had to come back the next day to enjoy another delicious meal. It's truly a hidden gem and I recommend it to everybody strolling around Bracciano.

A must go restaurant! We were strolling around trying to find the perfect spot and food! We made the best choice. Not only delicious food but also exceptionally friendly service. They recommended us traditional selection of cheese and wines! They did translate and explain everything to us in English! Gioia recommended us an amazing wine, Antonio, Michele and Stella were fast and super friendly! I also bought some delicious homemade biscuits to bring back home, make sure you buy some! Domenico amazed us with his cooking skills! In total, my experience was wonderful! I would definitely coming back when I am in Bracciano again!

Excellent dinner in Bracciano with a lot of thought and passion put in the menu and ingredients. A lot of local sourcing make sure you're tasting something that is regional. The couple that run this place (chef and front) make sure there's a personal touch to it all, with a lot of knowledge around what they're serving. Highly recommended!

We loved this restaurant so much! Every dish they serve is so lovingly crafted The ingredients are responsibly sourced from local producers, and you can honestly taste the quality in every bite. The owner gave us excellent wine pairing recommendations for each course, which elevated each dish up to the next level. Also, the tiramisu was absolute perfection, so don’t skip dessert! She made everything from scratch, including the delectable little biscuits. Such a warm, quaint, comfortable little restaurant; perched in a perfectly picturesque place!

We had a fantastic brunch in Salotto Belvedere during an off-season trip to Italy. Salotto Belvedere has a special brunch and it was absolutely fantastic. All the food was a feast for the eyes and the appetite. My favorite was the fried polenta with shredded sheep ragu. Wow! I would highly recommend a stop here if you're in town!
